This little piggy

For the past two weeks Em has been "snubbing" grandma. I attribute this to her Monday evening babysitting as Em associates her arrival with my departure. While sick (again) Em was in good form tonight so when grandma came over she was only too happy to greet her warmly especially when she learned she was making her wonton soup. Em in usual form went to empty grandma's purse which is always full and was a little surprised to find SO much change fall out of her wallet. She took the money and put it in a pile at which point mom suggested I give her a bank. So I went and retrieved the pink ceramic piggy bank for her and she put ALL the money in. She emptied the bag further and found another dollar or two at the bottom of the bag. She was elated. She proclaimed, "MINE" and danced with the breakable pig. Needless to say, guess who is Emme's special guest of honor tonight even covered in a "blankie" from a makeshift wascloth. Oy my nice Jewish girl
